Melancholic reality

It's like I was born on shaky foundations and every life blow just falters my sanity more and more until the day I crack and completely crumble to the ground to never rise again.

Today's flavour; Ruminators, Deadstuff

I've been alive and I've been dead.
And I think I like to be dead, I like being dead.
I was buried, buried alive, I made it out of there dead
I was dead.

I've been broken like 2 times before,
my mother tried to put me back again,
but I don't think it worked.

I came running and you came chasing,
you had those scissors,
that you said were for my blue veins.

And when I survived, I burst out into tears
I don't know why that happened
There's not much to live.

This song has a little spot in my heart. It's so honest and raw. The references to death may seem a bit bold and tragic but I interpret it more as that numb feeling you get when everything is too much. When you're dead to the World. And lezzzbehonest here we all are a little broken up inside.

Everyone has issues. Everyone has downs. Everyone wants to disappear.

At least thats what I get from around the place. I feel like this song kind of summaries me, if I was a song I'd be this song. For the fact it isn't hiding from the reality of everything and it's cynically happy tune just works so well with the lyrics.

A little bit of adolescent melancholy poisoning everything. It's like everyone around me is working on a slow eery tempo. But the beauty is that this lull will result in a euphoric state soon enough. Just gotta wait for it to come back around, I guess.
