Although theres a lot of beauty and grace found in the 1900's, one thing they certainty lacked was subtly. Now skewed views on minority groups are to be hidden, unless you run with skin-heads. Blunt and hurtful feelings against groups of individuals are just not tolerated in modern society. However in the bold and gold 50's blatantly calling someone a communist or homosexual was completely fine and acceptable.

I found this video when trolling youtube, watching in now highlights the deluded views that was shared of the "unknown" and "unspeakable". I will disclaim that this educational clip doesn't really demonstrate the behaviours of a homosexual male but really of a child abducting pedofile. All the same, right? Wrong, 1950's ever so wrong!

In modern society a clip such as this one being played publicly in schools would generate complete out rage. It's masked message, ludicrous definitions of homosexuality and delusional helpful hints would have people rallying in the streets to stop such stupidity. How far society has come, thank the heavens.
